Last Updated: September 30, 2025

Booking and Cancellation Policy

All guided fishing trips must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your trip may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather and River Conditions

Guided fishing trips are subject to weather and river conditions. In the event of unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your trip. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Equipment and Licenses

All necessary fishing equipment is provided unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for obtaining their own Colorado fishing license prior to the trip. Licenses can be purchased online or at local retailers.

Safety and Liability

Clients participate in guided fishing trips at their own risk. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, fly fishing involves inherent risks. Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by the guide. We recommend appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear.

Code of Conduct

We expect all clients to:

  • Respect the guide and other anglers
  • Practice catch and release when appropriate
  • Follow all Colorado fishing regulations
  • Leave no trace and protect the environment

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
